Prince Edward Island mussels sautéed in olive oil, fresh garlic, butter and chardonnay wine tossed with fresh herbs and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Fresh mushrooms stuffed with roasted garlic, herbs, cream cheese topped with bread crumbs and backed, finished with Alfredo sauce and Parmesan.

Fresh basil risotto, Alaskan halibut fillet, yellow squash.


Salmon Wellington

Salmon fillet, filled with spinach and Goat Cheese wrapped in puff pastry dough. Served with grilled asparagus.

Beef tenderloin two medallions, cream sauce of butter, mix veggies, mush potatoes.

Light smoked, caramelized apples, raisin, beef glaze, asparagus, garlic mush potatoes.
